Check In
Your check in will be through our self-check-in process via either our lockbox or our keyless entry system. The properties we manage offer self check-in processes. Either via lockbox or digital keypad. After a reservation is confirmed there is a series of communications that we share with guests including the details of how to enter properties. After your confirmation message, look for additional information from our message from Tri LoLin Suites!
Cancellation Policy
Our general reservations are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to check-in time. However there are some changes so please check the specific unit.
Pre-check in Verification
For the protection of our guests and staff, all guests are required to complete a pre check-in online verification form because the verification portal is not ready at this point.
Security Deposit
All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of up to $500 for incidentals and damage protection.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the units as many of our guests have allergies. However, if you would like to request special accommodations for your pet, an additional cleaning fee would be applied.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside all of our suites.
Noise Monitoring
Please be respectful of your neighbours and we appreciate when noise levels are maintained at a respectful volume, especially after 10:00pm.
Discount
Discount policies can vary widely depending on the specific suites and the circumstances under which the discount is being offered. It is best to contact management directly.

The Lester B. Pearson Airport is the YYZ location that accepts many international flights.
